The email address you provide may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to any orders you've placed with PetHub, company news, general updates, related product or service information, etc. It is also used to alert you of a lost or found pet, acknowledge activity on your account (such as registering on Lost and Hound, adding a pet, purchasing a subscription, etc.). 

To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature

We may, from time to time, offer promotions, contests, surveys or other site features that result in collecting information from you. You may opt-out of these emails at any time.

• to provide services and products to you
• to market our services and products to you, including contacting you electronically (e.g. by text or email for this purpose)
• to improve the services and products that we provide to you

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact details, we'll be unable to contact them.

Website Analytics, Cookies, and Tracking

We gather information about user behaviour on our website, via a third-party service (Google) in order to improve our website and services.

We may use this information from time to time to deliver targeted advertising to website users via Google Ads and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook).

While we take reasonable steps to maintain secure internet connections, if you provide us with personal information over the internet, the provision of that information is at your own risk.

If you follow a link on our website to another site, the owner of that site will have its own privacy policy relating to your personal information.  We suggest you review that site’s privacy policy before you provide personal information.

Newsletter and Mailing List

We use a third-party mailing list provider (Mailchimp) to send out newsletters to clients who have opted-in to this. Mailchimp and similar third-party mailing list providers all provide an easy unsubscribe option, and your contact information is only used for the defined purpose.

Payment Processing

Online payments are processed by a secure third-party. We do not keep this information, and it is only used for the purposes of completing your transaction/s.
